well me and one of my sisters talked for awhile and she helped me too feel better so now i am going to write this entry to explaine that yes i was feeling down erlier to a very bad point but with the help of my sister i am now feeling alot better giggle so mommie when you read this after that you will know i am not feeling as bad as i was but i did cry my eyes out for over an hour wich i have never cried that much before except one time as i normaly will not let myself cry but this time i felt like i needed a good cry and just let the teers out and all the bad feelings i had with them, and i have seen conciderable changes since starting with mommie which i am happy about but sometimes things just get to me and i get upset by this or that but now i am feeling much better so thanks sis and hope you had a good day mommie an sis hugs, Crystal
