So, I wanted to improve on the sleepy time concept. A file to listen to just before bed. Of course it is fun to listen to any time. Just be sure you are in a safe place should you nod off! There is no awakener, but if you aren't ready for sleep, you will awake on your own. This file uses the natural sound of the wind in the trees to create a base and builds on that with spoken words and other sampled sounds. It reinforces your acceptance that your adult bladder is reverting back to it's original baby behaviour. Now I want to think up some sort of file to use when you awake in the morning. that would complete the series.
