Tranceing

by lew897

What I would really like is some file that is like visualize help except more descriptive and allows for more stuff in that spends more time in the trance state. Maybe twice as long but keeps you in trance as long. I feel like I almost to the point where Ill be seeing stuff in rl. Just the tipping point is close. What will it be I dont really know. As a side note, it sorta amazes me that at times that I have to re listen to files again. Its like the files effects seem to wear off after a few days. Or the very next day. I am quite interested in what this entails. That to a degree I am just keeping maintance on my trance ability, without improving to the point to where I want to be? It feels like I keep coming to this point where I can almost see the top of the mountain, climb it and what do I see? Another mountain! Id be real disappointed if these past few months are spent running in circles. Dont get me wrong, the visualize help file has indeed changed my life for the better. But there is this lingering idea that I can be so much more with what all the files on this site promise. On another side note, today I noticed that I was going into a slight trance very easly just laying down and noticed that it is almost the same state as when listening to files. Is it that its easier to get where Im at in trance or that I havent really gotten that far above normal trance at all? Or that Ive gotten to the point where Im usually in trance all the time? Well ones thing for sure I need to go under faster and stronger. Im going to try going as deep as possible in the very beggining for now on. I can sorta sense how to do it as I did just that this morning while listening. Lewis

Visualization is HARD.
I would know, since my primary interest as a hypnosis subject has always been the long, complicated files that require significant hallucinogenic abilities. By practicing, I've been gradually improving the results I get from them, but I find I'm not a very diligent subject. Wrote a journal entry about it once.
On the other hand, I'm mainly referring to visualization outside of trance, because when you're in a deep hypnotic state, your mind is significantly more willing to accept someone/something telling it to wire some mental imagery into the sensory channels. Tactile visualization is still easier than... uh... visual visualization.

Its just that sometimes it feels like Im being a little dramtic at times, because in the future it may be very easy to go into trance and see everything clearly. At times, Ill get a small glimpse of my hair turning blue. But like I said iwould, the going under as fast as possible is awesome! I still have a little trouble believeing everything that has happened, and it feels like I need more time listening. Any ways Im rambling on. I sorta am amazed by my experience so far.

Yeah, tried the visual visualization stuff with my eyes open. Been kinda helpful, since it really cements and makes me feel hypnotizable. Since I still went through the regular stuff like complete relaxation and mind kinda going blank. Was kinda amazed with all that was happening. But was kinda hard to keep eyes open since they kept glazing over a bit. I feel it did help a tad bit, but who knows. I sorta feel like the amount of time that Ive put into learning about hypno, and actually listening to files should be helping. It is, and Im still going to pursue it until it does happen.

Because of my file that Ive made of Visualize Help my trance is awesome and as well as my visualization abilities! I can see pretty much anything, Ive probably just have to learn how to control it all. its pretty intense!

Totally gotten better! Its pretty cool that I feel like Im on the brink of seeing stuff since at times it feels like the stuff are there. Listening with eyes open really helped out a lot. Its strange getting used to but worth it. Also making my files run on for an hour without awakeners and more deepners.
