Ladon, wrote a nice script called Ericksonian untraining a few years ago. no one, including him, has yet to record it. I am going to. I am changing it though. he uses a phrase trigger, I am going to use your natural urge to go as the trigger. Normally, when you get the urge to go, the first thing your brain does is STOP the process. So I am using his script to numb that part of the brain response. If it works, this should permit you to feel the urge, but not do anything to stop the process, and that should produce an almost instant wetting response to the urge. Let's see what happens!
