kitty wsa very tired today because could not sleep. he went to bed at 1 am and woke up at 7 am. he has sleep apnea so hard to sleep sometimes.

kitty was happy to see Mistress this morning and got to listen to his files and talk to her before work. he was looking forward to getting home to talk with her again. his acid reflux caused him to have to go home early. his medicine wasn't working and herbal alone is not helping so he is trying other things. he needs to be healthy to be able to spend time with Mistress

kitty did at least get more time to listen to the files and talk to Mistress. he feels so obedient to her. he loves doing what she wills him to do. kitty cannot wait for more commands.
