I spent the weekend setting up a new computer; my old laptop's fan gave out, severely increasing the risk of death unless I get it replaced. Either way, I was long overdue for an upgrade.

A few caveats - it's a desktop, which is bad for portability (although good for making games run at high framerates and eventually upgrading), and I still live with my family. Those alone would not cause too many problems, but until I work something out, it's going to be harder to get in my dose of hypnosis. I'm sure I'll find a way to manage.

EDIT: Magicka runs nicely. Remember, folks - video games are the anti-arousal!
