been experimenting a bit with files. latest file i am playing with is female period revised, i have not put any induction or awakener with this file, just been playing it on loop. seems to have the most effect on me compared to other pms/period files. have been having cramps last 4 days, some slight pain with the cramps and some slight pain in the breasts. cramps and pain from the cramps increasing enough i cannot completely ignore them. hopefully next month the cramps dont hit me super hard or get super painful as the file suggests. in a way, i am a bit concerned this just may happen as the file says come next month.rnrnsometimes i can see things happen before they happen, and i have already seen myself making a journal entry saying i was an idiot to play with the file as well as having severe cramping. if what i saw is true, then next month i just may be thinking myself an idiot for playing with this file.rnrnfor now though, will continue playing with the file a bit, and see about stop with it a week before i am to have the next "period" and just wait and see does it happen, if so, i just may claim myself an idiot, LOL.
