Alrighty, the file might be starting to work. Having listened to it around 10 times now. Earlier today I was sitting on the lounge and had this sudden feeling of being spaced out.. like I was somewhat disjointed from my body the best way of describing it was feeling light and floaty. But at the same time movement felt a little heavy and clumsy.

After a couple minutes of this happening I had a random thought that I'm pretty sure wasn't mine.. but it was distinctly the name Daniella (the thought was "hi I'm Daniella"). I can't say there's been any other sign of her since but I definitely didn't imagine it. I'll continue listening and see what happens.. and I'll continue updating. I'll need to cut this off here
