Lately it seems as if everytime I settle down to listen to a file when my roomate is out she either calls on the phone or walks back in. It has happened so many times it can't be a coincidence. If she is here there is enough background noise to make it impossible for me to attempt getting into trance. On the bright side I feel as if I am getting closer to a trance state. I see my therapist next week and plan on asking her if she could put me under and suggest that I relax and let these files work on me.
