Oh the irony sometimes. Frequently when I try to trance I try to let go. Kind of just tune out and let the suggestions work. But I realized I'm making more work for myself by trying to reach some illusive state. When really all hypnosis is is accepting suggestions.

So my new thing is just playing along and doing what the hypnotist tells me. Just follow instructions. That's it. Keeping it simple. No obsession about how deep I'm going or if I should be more relaxed, etc. I'll see how this goes.
