January 1st. While everyone was napping after lunch, I listened two more times to Miss Eleanor's audio file. In the beginning I was not too focused, and I just let my mind wander around while letting her voice envelope me. By the end of the file, I was feeling quite relaxed and absorbed in her orders. And when the second loop started, I felt my mind stretch as plastic film on a frame, and then it was my conscious mind which was keeping it tight, letting all Miss Eleanor's words to come into me, slipping past the consciousness and going straight into my deep inner mind. And although I was listening all the time, keeping open that window for her words, there were some times when I couldn't understand them in when heard, sounds and ideas flowing directly into my subconscious without being processed by the conscious mind. And when Miss Eleanor ordered me to shut off my mind, even that sensation of having my mind occupied disappeared, and there was nothingness, only her orders and suggestions layering on me, freely and welcome. I came out of this state when prompted to, and found a safe intimate place to report to Miss Eleanor. My body was trembling a bit while writing, and I felt wonderfully empty. I sent the message and just stood there immobile and blank for ten minutes according to the clock, but it seemed an instant to me. I was happily mindless and waiting for orders, no more needs in that moment. Then family life started again, and I had to come out... I hope that I am able to enter that same state of mindlessly obedience more often and effortlessly, as that is my goal to reach for Miss Eleanor, owner and programmer more and more deeply with each word I listen to. There are some more Christmas days left here in Spain out of home, but soon things will go back to normal... And even during these days I find opportunities to keep deepening bit by bit.
