Exercise Compulsion

by JackDrago

OK, so I didn't do my usual journaling on the exercise compulsion file that I just uploaded because it was part of a larger overnight file that I had been doing since December 12th. So I am just going to detail my progress and results here.

I started the file December 12th, within two days I had picked up the weights (which I had not done in over 4 years) began at 5 lbs and immediately started doing 90+ minutes of streching and working out every single day. Between December 14th and January 12th I exercised all but 3 rest days in a full month. I moved up in weight twice, first from 5Lbs to 7.5Lbs then to 9Lbs where I still was as of the date of my ankle injury.

Mental Results
The mental results have been subtle but profound. I think about lifting weights all the time now, and find it very hypnotically pleasureable to do so. Weightlifting and streching have become default everyday behaviors unless I am injured. I now routinely have a thick half-hard schlong when I work out, too, which I didn't before. One of the lines in the suggestions is "Your subconscious mind finds lifting weights to be so arousing that it will make up any excuse required to get you to pick up the weights." -- This line is insanely effective!

Body Results
Over the 1st month of working out, this file made my abs go from 6-pack to 8 pack; filled in the obvious gaps in my pecs, dramatically increased the biceps bulge, and made all 4 heads of my quadriceps fully visible when they weren't before. Weight increased from 135 to 141Lbs, hair continues to spread into new territory and I noticed an increase of pace in my penis growth (though the other instructions in the overnight trance and my growth spiral may have helped.)

I've been meaning to try this file since I saw it, but this journal entry of yours clinches it. We'll see how this works out.

An update: in the week after a rather extreme ankle and knee accident, I was able to control the exercise compulsion so that I took days off when needed, but still did two upper body days and enough half hour fucks as top that my cardiovascular shape didn't get to out of wack. As soon as I was healthy enough, I slipped pretty naturally back into the habit of everyday weightlifting. I am now about 5 reps behind where I was when I got injured upper body wise; still not ready for weight on the lower body.

Well, as soon as my body was able, the compulsion returned and got me right back into 90 minutes to 2 hours of weightlifting a day. I have already reached the level I was at when the car hit me.

For the longest time there I mistook the "135 to 141lbs" for the weights, wow. Just realized you meant body weight haha. Amazing what you can do with 10lbs weights these days.. I'll give this a try with some light weights when I find the time :)
