In the past days I have continued with my daily (nightly?) training, listening to Miss Eleanor´s audio file at least once when going to bed, and also when waking up in midsleep. Listening to her voice puts me in a deep state of relaxation and floatiness, and in a blank state of mind, but conscious enough to be aware of everything.
