Ok, the hypnosis didn't go so well, i never found time to get into a finished routine. College coursework got in the way and having two flatmates that don't sleep normal human hours means it's difficult to find time when i'm alone. I do still listen to my "dog/canine mix" but not with any regular pattern however.
