Been listening to butt enlargement subliminal file off of YouTube. Ive keep listening to it because the first time listening I felt that buzz in my ass. Every time the buzz has gotten stronger and lasts throughout the day. My ass has grown bigger, but I'm going to grow it one more inch. Other than that mostly listening to my train file which has mostly been experimenting the time listening to a file. I'm going to try 1 hour listens because I think it takes me 40 minutes to go into a deep trance no matter what I'm listening to. Im also contemplating about coming out as a cross dress this summer.

Hypnosis has been extremely good lately. Stopped listening to the other one that had a Calimores sleep reinforce and binurals. For the first time in a long time Ive been having dreams again! I am definitely stopping with that file. Also been using a form of targeting which is basically called confrontation of my whole body. Feels pretty freaking awesome!

Been still listening to the relax file that I made. Slowly, gotten better as I now focus on three things. Confrontation of the file and my body on all three things. Relaxing all over, relaxing the parts of my body that are active throughout the whole day, and my energy. Its really strange that my energy seems to be so low. At least that what it feels like, so this is extremely important to me to keep going.

Been listening mostly to my relaxation file, my thoughts about certain things seems to have changed quite a bit. It seems that I am a lot more susceptible to hypnosis now. Things that didn't seem to be work or I couldn't understand seem to be easier and possible to do. On a side note, I have been thinking about making a sissy file myself. Not sure what I will do, or how Ill make it but it always interest me.

My relaxation file has taken off, completely. I can explain how good it feels. I feel awesome. I had an extremely great dream yesterday, I was in a huge mansion which seemed like neverending stuff was everywhere. Like a room of cars, of statues, a huge outside room. Probably, the most vivid and life like dream Ive ever had.

On a side note, my file of attracting women has worked quite effectively. Its extremely odd, as some women really stare me down completely. I don't understand it at all. Ive listened to it all this year, which is quite long compared to the other times that I listened to this type of file. I also used the confront idea of having the file confront my life, so that over time the file changes my ideas about myself.
