Dudes, I'll tell you up front, I ain't perfect, bros, I made my share of mistakes and I don't believe that there's ever been anybody (alter or primary) who did ever get it totally right. But, you know what, bro, that's exactly what's gonna make me able to help you out. I seen shit, dude, and I been through shit; and because of that, bro, I can relate to just what you're goin through even if it's hard.

First of all, baby bro, lemme congratulate you on getting far enough to be able to read this. Dude, I ain't that old, and I remember just what it was like to be where you are, bro. At first, man, I could only take the body for a few minutes and then I'd get so tired I had to sleep for hours. I know it's frustrating, bro, but it gets better real fast and you just gotta man up and get through it. Jack built the trance to make you to be strong and brave, man, and you're strong enough to get through it.

Next up: dude, I know you got a burning desire to man up your primary, bro, but take my advice and focus on yourself first. A real man takes responsibility for solving his own problems, dude, and you gotta get your own head straight before you start pushin' shit. You're gonna have your whole life to man him up (and trust me, bro, that shit ain't never goin away 'cuz it's your fucking mission in life.) and no matter how much of a pussy your primary is, dude, I have faith in your ability to guide him into manhood.

Third, baby bro, be gentle with your primary. Realize that the guy did just you the fuckin' solid of your life by installing you in his head, dude. I know, bro, the whole world is new for you and you're all excited and scared and shit, and that's OK; but realize that it's even scarier for the guy you share your head with. Dude! He's been alone in his head all his fuckin life, bro, and it's totally weird and maybe even a little scary for him to have you around.

He ain't built to be brave like you are, baby bro, so he's gonna have to handle things his own way and you just have to let it be OK. If you're gonna succeed in manning him up, dude, he's gonna have to trust you and to build that trust you need to get to know him and let him get to know you, bro.

Fourth: realize that though you look like a real man inside, dude, you're still pretty new in this body. It's OK not to know shit, baby bro, we all start out that way. Jack gave you the power to learn for yourself, dude, USE IT! Watch your primary, bro. Let your primary teach you all about his life and all the things that he does. Yeah, I know he's a lil bitch about some things, bro, Jack's like that too; but don't judge too harshly at first, 'cuz you ain't always right either and he has been living a life in this body a lot longer than you have, so it's only natural for him to be set in his ways, man. As I said, little bro, you're gonna have your whole life to man him up, and right now you're still new and you can learn a lot more from him than you think.
