I've been in and out of this site for a while. I've used some of the files, but have had only limited success. I think this is because I don't have real drive to listen to one repeatedly. Though I did have soem success with trigslave, the two tests worked anyway at least I think they did, the first one I don't remember doing anything. but the problem is that I don't have anyone else to try them out with, so there's no real incentive to keep going with the trigger files, and whats the point of making myself a slave if I don't have a mistress. By that same token whats the point in changing myself if its only for myself. Regardless of that I think that when I do have somone that would order me around, I think I'll point her to this site for ideas on training/
