I must admit that I have been listening to this off and on for a bit without noticeable results. I have decided that today I am going to buckle down and do this daily for at least 2 weeks. After today I will write an entry for each day with progress on how I feel, how the file is working for me, and how much cum I am producing (on appropriate days). There are some odd things in this file that might happen and if I already wrote a post for the day I might pop back on here and write about, making 2 posts for the day. Wish me luck, I will not forget, and if I do will do another day of listening and posting. -Yoyes
