I just started listening to this file today. I've had this file for a long time, but was too chicken to use it. I've recently started using because I truly want to find out for myself if the threads were true.

I haven't experienced anything as of yet and have listened to it 3 times today. Each time I listen to it I sort of zone out after the countdown ends. I don't know if the file will work, but I'll continue to listen to it over the next month. i will try to update this journal as much as possible.
