Hi. Like I totally was having the same problem, I think if you look some stuff up about um analytical hypnosis and also if you are an emotional of physical suggestible you might have some help finally like Allowing yourself to go into trance. Cuz like most f the places that talk about it have intros to try and then like once you try it and it does work going into other trances gets like easier kind of...idk if that helps but I feel like the more I learn about hypnosis he more my mind like goes with its:)
