So its been 4 months since my last entry i probley continued CFTO for a month after that than i think the pm kinda got my attention and i stopped doing hypnosis all together

but now im back ready to go down and im not 100% sure if the file will continue on or not from the 3-4 months i had originally but it doesnt really matter.

so ill be doing a new journal update now every 2 weeks with these ill keep useing pm
