After a couple of years of infrequent listening, I started listening to Sarnogas Teeny Weenie file again last week.  I've listened to it three times in the last week, plus to some background loops for penis shrinking I found online during times when I don't have the time for a full file.  I wish I could do more, but I don't get a lot of time when I'm not likely to be interupted.  So far, I'm not sure if I've actually tranced any of the times (it's hard for me to go into trance), and I'm not sure there've been any changes. My erections may be a little weaker than normal, but it's hard to say.
