I listened to the file as soon as I woke up and changed my wet and messy diaper. (I'm already a bed wetter and Daddy made me take laxatives before bed) I was going in my diaper about every 30 minutes and the only warning I got was like a two second "I need to pee" feeling before it would rush out of me. I'm apparently still too nervous to let go when in public because while I was out today I kept trying to push it out but it wouldn't come out no matter how hard I tried so it seems like I'm only incontinent when comfortable which is a little weird I think. I'll keep listening and keep updating.
