Suppose I could ask permission from a dominant, in a sane, safe, and consensual context, to put on a diaper until it leaks. I can feel trapped, provided this does not endanger myself or others. But this is much like asking for a spanking, without the ability to leave being over the knee (OTK). With dribbling of urine, until feces at the end unloads, with attempts to control the flow, making things travel slowly.
