well well writing is still more ore less ok but things are getting much worse. 

i keep noticing im doing dumb stuff. theres a word for it thats used in the file but i dont remember the word.

i take something and put it somewhere and then its no longer there were i expet it and look for it again

concentration is diffucult and reading sucks big big time.

train of though is bad. i cant think ahead more then one step and even that i tend to forget.

i dont know how to do the things the file tells me to do but probably im doing them. i just dont understand how to do it better
