eeeuh why journal if i cant write

simptons of dumb are many. as it gets wirse i want it more and more. well see how far it goes and 

dumbnes is on and of. there is to much stimulation around which duls dumbness but if i let go sharpnes then wow! it gets realy bad bad

its difficult to let goof smarts but prolly mind knows how to. i wonder how much my literasy will suffer and wen it will be permant. i think itss a good thing if writing gone more. reading i understand everthing. lissening is sometms super difficult. bloady hell the file is so complicated listing makes too big ffort to undersnadt and almsot fives headiche
