I was busy last week. I don't think I listened to the bondage file. I'm not sure. I can't remember the last time I did listen to it prior to yesterday. TrainHypnoloss at work? I also have trouble remembering the full name of the file or more than a snatch of its contents.

As for the bondage file itself, I hadn't worn my CB3000 in a week but I locked it on again last night. I also spent the night in mild bondage. After my wife left, I used locking cuffs to lock my hands behind my back and went back to sleep. It is definitely working.
