it was relatively easy. i don't think i went completely under, but i relaxed and listened.

it's the relaxation and listening that's important i think, i may have gone under, i'm never 100% though, i have that little niggling of doubt, but i want to go under.

i remember the first time i went under before i went MIA. i was so proud and happy for myself for achieving that. i remember the file counting down, and when it reached 4 or 5 i just blanked out, and i came to as i was being counted out.

i've passed my courses, i went in today and my teacher told me to just do that one story i covered on Sunday and we were even-stevens!

my kitty Random is doing fine. she's about 9 months now, and he's grown a whole bunch! she's such a loving and funny kitten, she really makes me smile when i'm down (or even when i'm in a good mood she brings such joy and light into my life). she had a sore eye yesterday, but it's not pink today so i'm not worried.

i'm going to listen to Induction again tonight. last night i listened to it 3-4 times (maybe longer, i drifted off to sleep at some point, and woke up in the middle of the Susceptible file, haha).
