March 13thby patchesI've been having 'issues' with relaxing and focusing with my trance work for the past few days. Last night I made sure not to drink any soda an hour before bed and lay down just relaxing for about ten minutes before I actually put the cd on. I had no problem slipping into trance this time. I dont even recall hearing 1 when Master counted down from 10. It was a nice relaxing evening and I'm glad I can focus once again. I suppose my depth is good but my focus still needs a little work. I fear I'm too easily distracted at the beginging of the trance work. Well just one more thing to work on.
