Promotion

Chapter 1

This story contains ABDL content and humiliation. Don't read if it's not your thing

"For the last time, I'm not the goddamned intern!" I screamed at one of my colleagues after he had asked me to go get him some coffee and copy some papers for him, he ran away laughing. I groaned. "Awww. Does grumpy baby need her bottle? Or maybe a diaper change?" said another colleague. I glared at him as he fell off his chair laughing.

I always get teased like this, and it's all thanks to my baby face and petite body, which make me look a whole lot younger than a 22-year old should. I ignored the giggles I heard nearby and went back to typing away on my computer. I was working very hard to get a promotion, that could help me a lot financially and I can finally get a new office away from my silly colleagues. As I was typing the secretary came and told me that the CEO, Ms. Crystal, wanted to see me. I quickly saved what I was working on my computer and got up to see her, praying that she wanted to talk about my promotion.

My heart started racing faster with every step I took closer Ms. Crystal's office. Why was I nervous? Ms. Crystal was very nice and we occasionally had lovely chats that weren't work-related. Everybody loved her; she was so sweet and had a wonderful personality. She had this strange way of convincing people to do as she liked that nobody understood. Along with her lovely personality, she was very good looking, or as the male employees here would say: "she's smoking hot !"

Once I reached the door leading to her office, I knocked the door and instantly heard a "come in" in which I opened the door and let myself in. The office smelled of lavender which relaxed me as I stood in front of Ms. Crystal's desk.

"Hello, Ella. Have a seat" She smiled at me. I smiled back and did as I was told.

"So, how's your research going? You know that is what's going to determine whether you get promoted or not," She asked nicely but seriously.

"Very well, Ms. Crystal." I replied, "I've searched loads of sited on the internet, alongside with the research I did in the library. I also interviewed loads of people regarding the topic and I made a poll. I've made pie charts and such and it's going very well." I was pleased with how I was handling the situation; I was even more pleased when she smiled at me.

She looked uninterested of what I had just told her, but didn't seem to want to interrupt me.

"That's really great, Ella," She said, no longer smiling, "But I hate to break it to you: you're wasting your time."

"Wh-what? What do you mean?"

"You see," she started, looking very serious, "you're going to hand me your research once you're done. I'm going to find the slightest mistake and hand it back to you, you're going to fix that mistake and hand it back to me and I'm going to find another mistake for you to fix. It's going to be an endless cycle of you handing me your research and me hunting for mistakes until it gets decided you're not worth promoting. Don't take this the wrong way, I really want you to get this promotion, but the company doesn't want you to, since that would mean they'd spend more money for the better salary you'll get and the other things like insurance and such, and they want someone that’s worth spending it on, not that you're not, but they want someone that's pretty much a god at work. I'm terribly sorry."

Even if I wanted to, I couldn't reply. This was too much to take at once. All that work I put on that research…just to find out it was a waste of time. A part of me was waiting for Ms. Crystal to laugh and tell me this was just a joke, but she didn't, she just looked at me sympathetically, waiting for me to adjust to the news. I didn't just want the promotion, I needed it. I felt a tear escape my eyes and I quickly wiped it away.

"I-I…I don't know what to say," I finally spoke, looking down at my hands, "This news is very sh-"

"Shocking? Devastating? I know, sweetheart. But I have something else to offer you," she interrupted me.

I looked up at her, there was still hope.

"There's something I need you to do for me, you may not like it but-" she began.

"I'll do it, whatever it is," I said quickly.

"Are you sure?"

"Yes," I said, determined.

"I'm serious, Ella. This may be something you aren't comfortable with. This may be embarrassing for you and you may be humiliated. are you sure you want to do it? There's no going back."

I thought for a bit. What could she possibly ask me to do? I needed the promotion really badly, I had no choice.

"I-I need the promotion."

"Alright then, but if you fail to do what I ask you, you're going to lose your job here. I'm giving one last chance to change your mind."

I gulped, so it's either a promotion that could change my life or losing my job. No, I had to do whatever she wanted. I needed that promotion.

I nodded slowly.

"Alright then," she said, her wide smile appearing again, "from now on you must do exactly as I say, no questions asked. Understood?" she asked seriously.

"Yes, I understand"

"Alright then, here's what's going to happen," she said, standing up from her seat and keeling down in front of me so I can listen carefully, "I'm going to travel tomorrow to a small town called Florina, I'm sure you haven't heard of it, but that's okay, no one else has. I'm going to stay there for a week to arrange a few things, and then after that you go there and we live together for a month.  You'll know the rest of the details when you get there. During the week when I'm gone and you're still here, you are to continue your research as normal, as if we never had this conversation. Try to finish it before you're due to leave to stay with me. Also, we are to Skype every single day until you go to Florina, and you are to call me "mommy" or "mama" from now on. Is this all clear?"

Like the previous news she told me, that was too much information to take at once. Mommy? She wanted me to call her mommy. What was going to happen during our stay together? Is there anything more humiliating than calling her "mommy"?

"I'm paying for your ticket. Also, you don't need to call me "mommy" while we're around people at work, just when we're alone, but when we live together, of course, then things change," she smiled at me, "Oh, and here's the first check you're getting for doing this for me," she handed me a check and I looked at it. I was dazzled by the number it held, and she said that was only the first check? How much more was she going to give me for doing whatever she wanted me to do?

We were alone, was I supposed to call her "mommy" now? Might as well, I am going to have to call her that sooner or later.

"Y-yes m-m-mo-mommy," I stuttered. I couldn't believe I was supposed to call her that from now on.

"Aww, you're so adorable," she smiled widely, "I only need you to do as I say for five weeks, I promise, and then you get your promotion."

"A week via Skype and four weeks when we're together," I calculated the time in my head, nodding slowly.

"Now off you go, baby girl! Go finish your research and make mommy happy," Ms. Crystal smiled, standing up. I slowly stood up and made my way out of the office and went back straight to work, trying to analyze what just happened
