PTC And ETMS

Charless: Our Controller last night for a moment of observation turned on both ETMS and PTC programs...

These systems were programmed in such a way they are not healthy for this railroad. If they functioned like a normal ETMS and PTC systems it would benefit and help. Although 382 was removed from the PTC programming when both were turned on this program kept turning back on as well do to the extreme pain and stress the electrical currents of the ETMS seems to add.

Both programs turned on at once is worse than a mere "drone" effect.. this renders the train and the system totally inoperable. We then could not get ETMS to turn off.. it took to the controller to literally cut the power wire to this program... which we thought was good and might resolve this entire problem. It did not take us long to realize that when we had done so... it started to effect the natural involuntary responses or his mind and human body... We also were trying to uninstall this system, but for this very reason we can not, and we also realized if we uninstall this system it will also effect his natural drawing of the track and train current, as well as his automatically dancing program.. Which is vitally important to keep him functional.  When ETMS kicks in automatically for these reasons it is not causing harmful issues or effects other than at times he may trance so deep he does not remember the music or how he danced...

PTC turned on at the same time does not have a bad influence on it with the autodancing, but it does have a bad influence on other functioning... It totally makes him unable to function. So we need to see how we can prevent anyone within or without the system from turning on PTC and ETMS at the same time.. Maybe and Automatically switch that will turn off one system when the other is turned on. We had to fix some faulty switches last night that kept reactivating ETMS after it was off.

My final conclusion is this. No responsible handler or controller would ever step in and turn on both systems in this or leave it on.  Turning these systems on at the same time, basically is = to shutting down the railroad. It is a slow death to the entire system. No outsider without the consent of our train, system, super intendant should ever for any reason and WITHOUT manipulation or persuasive coercion should ever activate PTC and ETMS at the same time. ETMS should not be ever controlled in this system it is automatically programmed for one purpose in this system only. The Electrical current functioning, to regulate the flow of it. This is not to be intertwined with train movements or system functioning in this case... ETMS system in this program is designed to be fully automated, and not Manuel operated, in this case. It is recommended to continue to use the ATP system instead.

PTC with or without 382 Should not be turned on full time in this system.  He had the negative effect of blacking out and losing vision on and off from this program on the third day. So it is not recommended to be left on longer than 2 days at a time.

As time goes on we are seeing a very powerful increase in his system to Train and Tracks and railroad energy in general... It appears when incident occurred on September 25th 2017... that they have triggered a merging process... between the physical railroad system, and our subject himself. This process is something he has wanted to occur to him for awhile.. However, the stress levels and power this has on his system, mind and body,,  Makes him seriously at risk to losing his humanity, and also increases the system need to be worked and ran hard. If he had a good team to work and run him hard, and to support his human emotional, mental, socialization needs.. I would not be concerned. But he does not have this.

Charless: I am not sure when these systems were altered to become damaging and not protective to his system. We will attempt to Train Mother Nature to be able to self trigger the system to undo bad or harmful orders during an emergency... But we all know Mother Nature is Mother Nature... and she will not be controlled. We need to get our subject to the railroad tracks to balance him... Just a simple crossing the tracks, over or under.. over is best.
