Here you are 

Just laying there

wanting to relax 

wanting to escape the stress of daily life

To empty that throbbing head of yours

Day in day out you have to endure things

Putting strain on your body and mind

Not taking time to relax

You keep going not thinking about resting

Not thinking about taking it easy

That’s a bad thing to do

So that’s why we are here

But I will show you

It is so easy to let go

Just try it

Just start breathing 

don’t think too much about how your breathing

just do it

just breath and relax

There’s no wrong way to relax and no wrong way to breathe

Fill your lungs and then empty then again

By doing that you will slowly but surely relax

Our goal is to empty your mind and body

Of the stress and strain

Of all the pain

To just sit still and relax

And to make the muscles from your head to toe relax

To lay down without disturbing anything

To barely move a muscle

Except when you may want to slightly reposition yourself

You may want to move your toes and fingers

To position your arms and legs somewhere else

But as long as you keep breathing in a relaxed state

It will not disturb you

You might hear some sounds from inside and outside the building

But these will not disturb you

You might be aware of them if barely

But it will not disturb you

It might actually help you relax more

The world around you is moving

But you are quietly just laying there

Comfortable and relaxed

Filling and emptying your lungs

The pain and strain slightly numb

As your body is filled with relaxation

The relaxation being brought in through breathing

Your lungs being filled and through that

The relaxation is pumped through your body

Circulating through your body

A tingling sensation spreading from your fingertips and toes

Spreading through your hands and feet

To your arms and legs

And to your torso going all the way up your neck and head

And finally your brain

As that is a muscle too

Your muscles feeling so tingly and relaxed

Numbing the pain if even to a small degree

Relieving you of stress and tension

Your muscles being relieved from its tasks 

Especially your brain

One of your most important muscles

But right now instead of working hard

Your brain relaxes, no pain or stress

No signals it sends through your body

Except that one signal to relax

To lay down and be sleepy and serene

To release all that stress and tension 

From every fiber and cell from your body

To lay down comfortably and relaxed

Sleepy and serene

Feel all of the tension and stress

Drain away from you now

Leaving you sleepy and serene

It’s very important to take a moment

To relax and breathe for a while

To just rest and releasing yourself

From whatever you might need to do

Sometimes you need to just relief yourself

From everything and anything

To just take a moment for yourself

To just be in the moment

To just live in the moment

Of sleepy serene relaxation

To be so sleepy and serene

That you don’t bother to move

To be so deeply relaxed

That you don’t want to move

And although you are already so relaxed

I am sure you can go even deeper

To relief the brain of all it’s tasks

To just send signals of relaxation

Throughout your entire body

To fall even deeper into the moment

Of sleepy serene relaxation

And anytime you need a moment to relax

Know you can do that now

By just breathing in and out

To take in that relaxation all the way into your brain

And your brain sending signals through your body 

To take a moment of sleepy serene relaxation

Now I want you to imagine a mirror

And in this mirror you see your reflection

It reflects who you were and who you are presently

It reflects how you have felt and feel

The mirror in front of you reflects everything past and present about you

So inside this mirror is everything good and bad

All of your fears

All of your worries

All of your desires 

All of your doubts

All of your thoughts

All of your reservations 

All of your prejudices

All of your memories

All of your responsibilities 

Everything about you

Is in this mirror

Everything in the world of your reflection is you

While everything outside the world of your reflection is empty

Completely free from the world and everything

Inside the reflection is you

And outside are all your worries

All your fears

All your stress

All your doubts

All of your desires

And now I will say a few words

And these words will help you get back

Back into this state of sleepy serene relaxation

Even when you have worries

Even when you have fears

Even when you have doubts

Even when you have stress

Even when you have responsibilities

These words will bring back the mirror

And the mirror will absorb it all

Everything of you

Everything about you

Freeing you from anything and everything

Bringing back the sleepy serene relaxation

Going into the reflection
