Chapter 1
Connor was a relatively normal boy who developed an interest in fitness and working out once he realized he couldn’t simply eat whatever junkfood he wanted to and still look good. Every time he saw himself in the mirror, he saw areas of his physique that could be improved. After trying all the usual suspects of eating less junk, doing home bodyweight workouts he realized to get the sculpted figure he wanted, he’d need to join a gym and begin a serious training regime.
However, never having been the athletic type, he would have no idea which machines to use let alone how often to use them. He looked for a gym that would both accommodate his newbie status as well as help him get the well defined look he desired. After a couple internet searches he found the perfect gym. One that was predominantly marketed towards experienced lifters as well as those who knew what they were doing. But they recently launched their campaign to help get newcomers into the world of fitness.
This gym ran a special deal, sign up for a year’s membership and they’ll give you weekly sessions with a personal trainer to show you the ropes and get you set down the correct path.
Nervous about making a fool of himself, Connor eagerly signs up with the promotion glad to have a chance to be shown what to do.
After signing up, he figures he’s gonna need proper workout attire Connor drives over to his local sporting goods store. Grabbing a basket, he puts a few pairs of short running shorts in, some compression shorts, running tights for colder months, and some shirts that will help wick away moisture.
A week later Connor is wearing his new workout outfit plus some running shoes he had already owned and was walking through the door of his new gym for the first time. After getting setup with his personal trainer and learning about each machine, how many sets to do as well as discussing his goals, Connor leaves the gym feeling exhausted yet somewhat proud.
Returning every day for the next two weeks, he memorizes everything his trainer, Stephen, tells him. After finally memorizing the routine Stephen designed for him, Connor gets to work doing each day’s workout to the best of his ability.
After two months of this grind, Connor feels as if he’s not making any progress despite how many sets or reps he does, no amount of supplements or pre or post workout drinks seem to have any affect on him. During his weekly meeting with his trainer he asks Stephen if he’s doing anything wrong.
“Well Connor, I’ve got a few ideas to help improve your performance if you don’t mind the unconventional”
“Anything to improve Stephen!” He eagerly replies.
After getting loads of new supplements to try, workout music to listen to, and many other things, Connor prepares for his new routine: go to sleep listening to the recovery playlist, take his supplement, go to work, come home, change for the gym, go do his sets for the day, shower and change, come home and sleep.
After a few weeks of this, he blushes at his trainers' comments.
“Wow Connor, you’re looking great today!” He greets him.
“Thanks Stephen, I think this new routine is really the difference maker!” Connor says oblivious to the changes enacted upon him.
Continuing with his new routine Connor experiences quite a few new gains as well as a few new desires. He doesn’t even know what he ordered off of the internet until a package arrives. Opening this new parcel he finds a few pieces of fabric that wouldn’t cover much, as well as a note.
“Thank you for your purchase of the Jockboy Transformation Jockstrap multipack! Please wear a jockstrap and immediately begin a workout for best effects.”
Deciding to play along with the instructions, he grabs the black jockstrap from the packaging, strips out of his shorts and underwear. He slides the jockstrap on and nearly moans as it encompasses his waist and covers his cock and balls. Reading the other side of the note he’s somewhat surprised.
“Now that you’re a good jockboy, you want to go to the gym don’t you?” Despite having already tired himself out, Connor makes his way back to the gym. He begins his normal sets of lifts and exercises and finds that his regular weight is too easy to lift and starts adding more weight.
His trainer Stephen sees him while he’s doing his own workout and can’t help but comment.
“Hey Connor! I see your jockboy training is going great! How’s it feel?”
Before he can think, he’s responding “Great bro! These new jockstraps are really helping me beat my PR’s” What? That just came out without him thinking about it…
“I knew you’d be a great candidate for our total jockboy reprogramming scenario” Stephen said.
Rather than question anything he said, Connor returned to his squat rack and began more sets.
By the time he returned to his apartment, Connor couldn’t bring himself to toss his dirty jockstrap into his washing machine to clean. As soon as he took it off, he brought it to his nose for a tentative sniff, and then held it to his face while inhaling the scent of jock musk. He would’ve been more than happy to stay like that all night until his phone lit up and the ringtone called his attention away. Putting the musky jockstrap back on, he went over to his table and picked up his phone reading the text
Stephen: Hey bro, I know you might be confused right now, but just take a huff of your jock and focus on how well you’re doing at the gym rn. Remember nothing other than your gains matter. Keep up the good work!
Reading the text made a lot of sense to Connor. He took his jock off, put a clean one on, and held the musky one against his nose as he inhaled the scent of a real jock as he drifted off to sleep. When he woke up the next morning all he knew was that he had to get ready for another day at the gym.
