Bondage compulsion

Last night I was up alone so I cuffed my hands behind my back and thought, "Now I'm comfortable." Obviously my file is working on me. I listened to it several times last week, usually with hypnoloss. I still remember that the file makes me want to be in bondage as often as possible but I never remember anything from either file any longer. I also have trouble going to sleep if my wrists aren't cuffed together.
