Shortened induction

I've been interrupted a few times while going through the induction. I've restarted around the countdown and seemed to go into a trance just fine. After using these files for years, I can reach a trance without all the preliminaries. Accordingly, I decided to use a shortened version of my file. I stripped off everything before the countdown. I tried it last night and I think it worked. At least there is a blank spot around the right amount of time. That's the trouble with using the file with Hypnoloss. I'm never quie sure that I've been in a trance.
