So still doing this a bit.... thought I'd let you know that it appears to be taking hold.... little by little; more and more... I am very excited to see what else may come of this by day 30.

On day 30 I'll officially start taking logs on my next plan regardless of the final results of this file.... I will go full time focus into Curse Swimmer Body... I really would love for that to work despite the apathy to what others feel about what I should look like. I want the body for me; so I have the confidence to say "I look good".
