Yes the illusive trigwoman file. Many a times have I failed to get this file to stick, but I've been getting better at going into trance lately so I think I can get something this time.

I'm gonna be using calimore's file with the binaurals and subliminals. It helps me go a lot deeper.

So far nothing major to report. Flashes of me being female while in trance. Not tactile, more like mental pictures. Got the phantom breast thing going a bit too. I have experienced very deep trances in the past where I became female in trance, very strange sensation but awesome. The key is to not put conscious attention on these changes when they happen, otherwise I break the trance.

Basically I analyze the crap out of everything. So my approach to trance lately is to just let go and whatever happens happens. I'm also going to take any little success and try to build upon it so my mind is convinced it works. In the past I'd psyche myself out of things instead of embracing them as success.

Orignally I wanted to do trigslowwomanchange, but I figured this is more focused and if I can get this to work then trigslowwomanchange would be a small step up.
