    Downloaded on 8 November and listened daily. it's now 22 November and not one single erection. Have tried many files over the years, but this is genuinely the first one that has had instant and lasting effects. Actually a bit scared that it might be permanent even after I stop listening - it's definitely an "oops, what have I done" file. Very good use of language and reinforcements, please make more. Thank you!
