    How many times should I listen before it actually starts working? Just don\'t want to waste my time listening if nothing will ever happen. I want to be a girl but for reasons I need to be able to change back whenever I want. So if this doesn\'t work can someone tell me anything else that does work?

    It feels like my body is trying to change every time I use the trigger but no big results yet. I have only listened maybe 5 times so maybe I should listen to it more. It seems to help a little if you have a really good visual of what you want to look like or if you are looking at a picture of the girl you want look like when you say the trigger. Anyway I can feel my body wanting to change so I hope a few more listens will lead to quick and big changes.

    I felt something trying to happen (my body shook a lot and my voice lightened), but there was really no success. I\'ll listen to it more and see if something works.

    you have to listen to a file more then once to get an effect. I used to think the way some of you do, one listen, if nothing happens nothing will. But that is wrong. The more you listen the better the chances that something will happen. Now that I know that I am listening to this file again. Will post in a few weeks if anything happens with it.\n Jane Doe

    Have not really been listening to this file. Found files I like way better then this one. Sorry, but when I do listen to this some of those effects are starting to happen.

    I felt myself getting into a deep trance, but around the 18(?) minute mark I snapped awake! Anyone else experienced this? I've listened to Curse Milky a few times, could that have had anything to do with it?
