    The body portion of the file could definitely stand to be a bit longer. Also, try to make the suggestions sound more logical, with more explanation.

    thanks for that file...but I am slim, my waist is 34 inch, it is nearly impossible and not healthy a goal : go down to 20 inch. If you ever read this and make a new file, please do it in a another wording. thanks
