The file is nice and does something I\'ve been looking for for a while. I have a few suggestions. The first: you make the hardest suggestion a bit too soon for me and then have deepeners later... I wonder if it would be better to move it down the script a bit. Second, the breathing part in the induction doesn\'t quite leave enough time to take those deep breaths. Finally, it\'s not clear how fast you should count in the end. The first time I listened I was done way too soon and the second time I went on too much and both timesI was forced to think about how fast to count. Maybe counting together for a numbe or two would make that smoother.\nGreat ile overall, please do more!
