backwards email

one of the first emails i got this time round made me so i couldnt pee until i suck my thumb. now i got an email thats the opposite and i can remember this one so i can talk about it heh.

now i cant pee if im sucking my thumb. its like my thumb is a cork keeping my bladder plugged. so i can use it as a safety thing too if some other email might make me wet myself or something. as long as i suck my thumb i cant pee if i want to or not. after i read that email i went to the loo to try it and it really works! i no theres another part to the email that might make me pee my pants but im not allowed to rember the trigger for that so maybe ill just keep sucking just in case until i know.
can u help me guess?

im going for a walk in the park this afternoon anyway so ill check my email once im dressed and then i wont be online for a bit. have fun wile im away!
