Barking at the mail person and sitting on my tail..

by patches

I lay in my bed and listen to the CD as usual. I was lucky enough to talk to Master so the Cd reminded me of how much I liked talking with him. It was actually easier to talk with him then I expected it to be. My mind was going over and over the scenes that the trance would allow me to play out and that was a little distracting. I dont recall where I heard it but I once heard "if you think of a song over and over in your head while your trying to be put under you can resist" I wasn't trying to resist! I got this stupid thing in my head and couldn't stop thinking of it as I was listening to the trance. I had the song "suicide is painless" stuck in my head. Now I resisted up I think untill near the end when I zoned out finally. I actually dont recall taking the headphones out or rolling over to go to sleep so it still worked. I need to work on calming down before the cd starts and stop letting my mind wonder. ~Patches~

That's a neat trick. Here's another. As that song plays in your head, imagine that it's on a multitrack recorder, one of the old ones, and you can see the big spool of tape turning. Reach over and press your finger down on the tape spool and listen as the tape speed indicator drops... down... deeply. -- JAU

The game of life is hard to play I'm going to lose it anyway The losing card I'll someday lay So this is all I have to say That Suicide is Painless It brings on many changes And I can take or leave it if I please The only way to win is cheat And lay it down before I'm beat And to another give a seat For that's the only painless feat 'Cause Suicide is Painless It brings on many changes And I can take or leave it if I please 1970 by Johnny Mandel (music) and Mike Altman (lyrics)
